How to Delete Your Data

To delete your data from CheckIn, please use the in-app deletion feature:

Delete Through the App

  1. Open the CheckIn app
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Select "Privacy & Data"
  4. Tap "Request Data Deletion"
  5. Confirm your decision

Your data will be deleted immediately when using this method.

Lost Access to Your Account?

If you have lost access to your account or the app, please email our support team at support@checkinapplication.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your deletion request

Important: Manual deletion requests through email may take up to 48 hours to process. We will verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • All your personal data will be removed from our servers
  • Your check-in history will be deleted
  • Your emergency contacts will be removed
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again

Data Retention

Some information may be retained for legal purposes, such as:

  • Records required by law
  • Information needed for tax purposes
  • Data required for legal proceedings
